Sourdough Class (Beginner Level)
At Apron Strings Culinary Studio
Age 16+
The class will include:
•How to look after your own sourdough starter
•Mixing and fermenting your own dough
•Stretching and turning your dough
•Shaping and scoring your dough
•How to bake your sourdough in a conventional oven using the Dutch oven method

You will take home:
•A sourdough starter and materials to maintain it
