Apron Strings Culinary Studio specialises in fine food and offers something different to the historic town of Hedon and the surrounding area. Located on Hedon’s oldest street, Souttergate, Apron Strings is our front facing specialist food shop offering a wide range of cheese, charcuterie, sourdough and other artisan produce.

Our shop space is transformed regularly into our very own pop-up restaurant, The Culinary Studio @ Apron Strings, where we provide customers the opportunity to taste something different and enjoy a spectacular six to seven-course meal in a local and unique setting.
The menu is always chosen by our chef, combining traditional cuisine with cutting edge techniques to create innovative fusion food. We use seasonal and local produce at the heart of our design and development, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality dishes from produce sourced locally and sustainably.
