At Apron Strings Culinary Studio

The class leads on from our beginner’s class.
The class will include:
Shaping dough
Complex scoring and infusion
Shaping dough

Variant sourdough such as, sourdough focaccia and sourdough pizza
*Price £40 per person (inc VAT). We will require a £10 deposit to secure your place. The payment method to book your place online is via PayPal – please contact us directly if you do not have access to PayPal, thank you.
The remaining £30 can be paid on the evening or just before.*
