Making Fresh Pasta

This workshop will include:

• Making egg pasta dough by hand and resting it
• Infusion and flavours of pasta
•Rolling out into Tagliatelle and Angel hair
•Filling Tortellini with spinach and ricotta fillings
•Drying and storing pasta

Price £40 per person (inc VAT)
