A Cheese Tasting Experience
8 Cheeses
Taste, pair and sample dishes created with the cheese selected for our first cheese tasting experience.
Each cheese will be presented in 3 parts:
1 – the cheese itself in its raw form to taste
2 – a pairing for the cheese – this will not always be a wine
3 – a dish created by Paul using the cheese (portions will be small)
*This is a shared table experience.
