Finishing and Garnishing
During this class you will learn how to add the finishing touches to your dishes. Paul, our professional chef will guide you through the basics and teach you how to enhance your plate presentation understanding which foods compliment each other. The class will cover:
Infused oils
Gels
Powders
Herbs and flowers
Shaping and carving
The class takes place at Apron Strings Culinary Studio in a relaxed and fun environment guided by Paul our professional London trained chef.
