 In this workshop participants will:

• Make fresh pasta (long pasta, pasta sheets and filled pasta)
• Select ingredients to make a risotto following a demonstration by professional chef, Paul
• Learn basic knife skills
• Begin to learn how to balance flavours All items made will be taken home
