During this class you will learn how to make:
A velouté
A Pomodoro sauce
A Hollandaise
A raspberry vinaigrette and a mayonnaise
The class will takes place at Apron Strings Culinary Studio in a relaxed and fun environment, guided by Paul our professional, London trained, chef.
